We do not currently service medical facilities or large, multi-floor corporate headquarters. Our expertise is tailored to providing exceptional care for small to mid-sized professional environments.

  • We come fully equipped. We arrive with all the professional-grade supplies, tools, and equipment required to complete the job to our high standard. However, if your facility has a specific product preference or requires the use of client-provided products for any reason, we are happy to accommodate that request.

  • We focus on earning your business through superior service, not long-term commitments. While we recommend an agreement to secure your preferred scheduling and rates, our standard contracts are month-to-month. We also offer 3-6-12 month contracts to reduce time renewing, and to ensure your facility is on schedule to be serviced. This flexibility allows you to adjust your service as your business needs evolve.

  • We offer flexible scheduling to minimize disruption to your operations. We frequently clean after hours, late evenings, or on weekends. If your needs require cleaning during regular business hours, we will work closely with you to establish a discreet, low-impact schedule.

  • Your quote is determined by a few key factors: the size of the area (square footage), the service tier you select (Standard, Plus, or Detailed), the frequency of cleaning, and any custom add-on services. Our process always begins with a free on-site consultation to ensure your quote is accurate, transparent, and built specifically for your needs.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If any portion of your facility does not meet the agreed upon standard, simply notify us within the allotted amount of time per your written agreement, and we will return promptly to correct the issue at no additional charge.
