Routine office cleaning

  • NOTE

    All plans are tailored to each customer to ensure satisfaction, and cleanliness of your workplace!!

  • Office and Workspaces: Routine dusting and wiping of all desks, tables, and visible horizontal surfaces within private and open-concept offices.

  • Floors: Routine vacuuming of all carpets and rugs. Sweeping and mopping of all hard flooring.

  • Restrooms: Complete cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking of paper products and soap dispensers.

  • Trash: Emptying all waste and recycling bins; replacing liners as needed.

  • Breakroom/kitchen: Wiping down breakroom tables and the exterior of counters, sinks, and appliances.

Floor maintenance

Carpet Cleaning

  • We use a method called HWE (Hot Water Extraction). This consist of using extremely hot water, detergents, and agitation to lift and remove embedded grease, grime, and odors.

Floor scrubbing

  • This process is completed by using a CRB (counter rotating brush machine), A solution is laid down on the floor, and the two brush rolls spin in opposite directions to not only scrub the floors, but to pick up the dirt, and grime as well.

Strip and wax

  • Whenever routine cleaning and scrubbing just won’t cut it. It’s time to strip those vct floors and bring them back to life with a new layer of wax.

Detailed Cleaning

  • Beyond the Surface: We go far beyond routine cleaning, meticulously addressing all hard-to-reach areas like inside vents, high ledges, and behind and under furniture, even places often missed by standard services.

  • Window Cleaning (Fighting Grime One Swipe At A Time) - Whether it is windows on your office, home, or storefront we offer route cleanings at weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, Bi-annually, and annually to keep those first impressions to customers great and increase that curb appeal on your home!

  • Move-in/Move-out- For property owners that lease spaces, and individuals moving into a new space, or out of their current space. We offer detailed cleans to help ease the transition process or to get the property on the market quicker.

  • Post Construction Cleaning- New construction or repairs leaves behind extreme amounts of dust, splatter from building products, and fine debris. Post construction cleans are essential for getting rid of all that dust, grime, and allergens to keep you and your hvac systems operating smoothly.
