Standard Cleaning
Office and Workspaces: Routine dusting and wiping of all desks, tables, and visible horizontal surfaces within private and open-concept offices.
Floors: Routine vacuuming of all carpets and rugs. Sweeping and mopping of all hard flooring.
Restrooms: Complete cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking of paper products and soap dispensers.
Trash: Emptying all waste and recycling bins; replacing liners as needed.
Breakroom: Wiping down breakroom tables and the exterior of counters and sinks.

Detailed Cleaning
Includes All Previous Packages: This package is your complete restoration. It includes all services found in the Standard and Standard Plus tiers, plus intensive, top-to-bottom detailing.

Window Cleaning (Fighting Grime One Swipe At A Time) - Whether it is standard windows on your office or storefront windows, we offer route cleanings at weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly to keep those first impressions to customers great.
Move-in/Move-out- For property owners that lease spaces, and individuals moving into a new space, or out of their current space. We offer detailed cleans to help ease the transition process or to get the property on the market quicker.
Post Construction Cleaning- New construction or repairs leaves behind extreme amounts of dust, splatter from building products, and fine debris. Post construction cleans are essential for getting rid of all that dust, grime, and allergens to keep you and your hvac systems operating smoothly.
